CALENDAR SUBMISSIONS:  All submissions to the calendar must be sent 14 days in advance of the event being aired. Please only submit calendar announcements to:  calendar@PANDAtv23.org.  Thank you.   

Please note the following for all submissions:  

Please submit 14 days in advance of your event to ensure that your calendar submission will air.  

We suggest that calendar submissions include title, time,date and place of event and limit details to three lines of information.  

Only not for profit events for calendar announcements, please.  

PANDA reserves the right to refuse unqualified submissions.  

PANDA also reserves the right to edit, abbreviate, or revise all submissions.  

Calendar items will air until midnight of the date of event being announced and then it will no longer air.  

If your event is cancelled or changes are needed to your announcement, please email us as soon as possible and we will make every effort to make timely and appropriate changes.  PANDA is not responsible for errors or omissions or  late submissions for calendar announcements.

PANDA Mission Statement


Public Access Northern Dutchess Area, Inc. (PANDA) is committed to providing local programming which will increase opportunities for community expression on issues and topics that affect the lives of community members. To this end, PANDA believes that the local community will play an active role in determining and developing programming for public and government access.

PANDATV 23 is a non-profit 501(c)(3) and follows the PEG (Public, Educational, and Government access) system to make available equipment, training, and televised air time on the local cable system so that members of PEG can produce their own shows and broadcast them to a broad audience.
